Cotton dress shirts and two wool suits were packed in Ljubljana the evening before and unpacked at the hotel in Bulgaria the next day, after more than seven hours of travel.

The journey included taxi transfers and two flights with a connection, so the suitcase was handled repeatedly and transferred between aircraft along the way.
